The Lopatcong Township School District is proud of the individual and collective academic achievement of its student population. We take pride in the efforts that the various school and community stakeholders make in planning and supporting educational programs that benefit all of our students. We have a half day kindergarten program, self-contained as well as inclusive classes in first through fourth grade and departmentalized program opportunities for students in grades five through eight. In addition, we have a full complement of “specials” for student growth in meeting or exceeding the common core state standards including specialists teaching physical education, health, art, vocal music, instrumental music, Spanish, and technology. Further, we utilize up to date technology in our instructional areas including Smart Boards in all classrooms, Chromebooks for lessons, as well as 5 stationary and 6 portable computer labs district wide. Instruction is supported by a full time technology coordinator. We also have child study team members on site along with a district run after-care program. Additionally, we have multiple clubs at the middle school level (i.e., Student Council, Drama, Forensics) and Activity Zone for physical education at the elementary level.
