The Lopatcong Township School District is proud of the individual and collective academic achievement of its student population. We take pride in the efforts that the various school and community stakeholders make in planning and supporting educational programs that benefit all of our students. We have a half day kindergarten program, self-contained as well as inclusive classes in first through eighth grade, departmentalized program opportunities for students in grades five through eight, and several self-contained special education programs. In addition, we have a full complement of “specials” for student growth in meeting or exceeding the core curriculum content standards including specialists teaching physical education, health, art, vocal music, instrumental music, Spanish, and technology (at the middle level). Further, we have current technology in our instructional areas including SmartBoard technology in all classrooms and a full time technology coordinator. We also have a full child study team on site along with a district run after-care program. Additionally, we have multiple clubs at the middle school level (i.e., Student Council, Drama, Forensics) and one at the elementary level (i.e., Activity Zone for physical education).
